if it was new they have to fix the faults and to your satisfaction if they dont you will be entitled to your money back under the sale of goods act.
if it was s/h unless it came with a warranty implied then you have no chance

Any new vehicle is under warranty. You have to go through the dealer and give him the opportunity to FIX the problems.

If the dealer won't FIX the problems, or the problems continues to re-occur, then you might have a reason to pursue other avenues to rectify the problem with the manufacturer.

But you have to use the warranty program and allow the dealer the opportunity to correct the problems before you can attempt to get your money back.

Your only rights are to use the warranty you were given with the vehicle.

For the most part you cannot get your money back, especially from the dealer.

Your state may have a lemon law that MIGHT help you out. Google "lemon law" and your State's name for plenty of hits. Any lemon law claims will be with the manufacturer, not the dealer. The dealer's only obligation is as spelled out in your warranty.

When you say new do you mean just that, or new to you?

All new products have to be warrantied as free from defects, used vehicles do not have that luxary.

It would also be helpfull to know if the problems are related to the vehicle or the Bodywork

First of all is it a new one? Second of all if it`s a used one.(buyer beware). If he made certain promise`s do have witness or something in writing. It will be like pulling eye teeth to get your money back after signing the contract. It`s hard to determine how that can go with limited info.
