Number 3 is how can you rearrange the letters in the words, 'new word' to make one word. Not 'on word'. Sorry!

1) Dozens (Take away one letter 's' and you are left with 'dozen'. Dozen = twelve)
2) River
3) one word (Rearrange the letters in 'new word' to get 'one word')
4) dwell, dwarf, dwindle (Gave all three!)

answer is 1/2 because the top can be 1 2 3 or 4 (4 choices) & bottom can be 1 2 3 or 4 (4 choices) so total possibility of fractions is 16 different fractions, the ones tht will make whole numbers are 1/1, 2/2, 3/3, 4/4, 2/1, 3/1, 4/1, and 4/2.. so 8 out of 16 will make whole number, 8/16=1/2
