Try this for a seasonal outlook:
http://www.bom.gov.au/climate/ahead/

You can also use the trip planner feature of http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=-33.95,151.18. What this does is take the recent history of any two-week time period you want for a given city, like Sydney, and gives you the history of weather during that time frame in previous years.

try yahoo weather.

it's more averages than forecast that far out.

usually the max is 10 days. that far out, the computer models aren't very accurate.

makes you wonder how we can predict weather 10 to 100 years in advance huh?
