If he is only ten minutes down the road then he has no real excuse for not seeing you more! I know when you first meet someone you see them every minute of everyday and then you fall into a routine of seeing each other here and there and you know what day you are going to see each other etc but you are only six weeks in! If he is falling for you, this may be why he is contacting you less. After coming out of a long relationship, he may be scared to fall for you, maybe thinking it is too soon. Just talk to him and ask him if he is maybe afraid of falling for you.

Hmm - i would say that he just wants to try to recreate the "comfort zone" by having u as a girlfriend on tap whenever he wants that (as he is used to having someone there for him) BUT also want to be able to go out with mates etc and "get over" his ex....have his cake and eat it basically lol - you could a)talk to him about it and accept that he will probably spin the line about needing "space" at the moment etc....or you could b)accept that he probably WON't tell the truth as he will want to keep u there thinking there is a hope of longterm committment and love etc.....i would personally talk to him - you'll probably know deep down whether he is lying or not!

Good Luck

I don't think he is as keen as you in this relationship. The in bed remark I think sums it up. He is looking upon you as a source for sex when it suits him. He probably does fancy you, while in bed with you, but the feeling does not last... You must think what is in all this for you. He is enjoying his new found freedom and probably will continue to do so for some time/ Either you accept it or move on and look for a more committed person.

He may be on the rebound and is just taking things slow. Leave things sit and get out with your own mates. Things may then hot up at a later stage. Give him space.

Have you ever heard of Hes just not that into you? I know it sounds harsh at first but any guy who is truly intersted in you will not only be thrilled to be hanging out with you but will be initiating it too. Trust me I have had this experience. Ditch this guy before you get hurt!

sounds like he has second thoughts, just give him some time he will either realise he really likes you or want to move on. Its hard but at least you will know what he really feels rather than him just seeing you when he would rather be with his mates

You've only been seeing him for 6 weeks!!! I hate to say this, but maybe you were the rebound girl to help him get over his ex?
Anyway, chin up and get rid!!!

You can't make him do anything he doesn't want to. Probably the best you can do is maintain a modicum of self respect and make sure you do NOT chase him and hang around him like a puppy.
