Dogs should be walked daily for about 15-30 minutes but this depends on the dog. The larger the dog the longer the walk must be. Water should be left out all day but food should be given 3 times a day for puppies and twice a day for dogs. The food should be removed after 10 minutes if the dog has not finished. Make sure your dog sits before you give it the food to it as it shows whos boss. please note: The daily recommended intake is split into 3 or 2 meals. It will say how much according to the back of the packet of dog biscuits

I walk my dog whenever i have time, 1-2 times a day. As everybody else said, water should be there at all times, i feed my 4-year old dog twice a day, chicken wings or chicken. She is not fat, so i think this schedule is perfect, 1-2 times a day to be walked and fed twice a day, I've been doing this for the 4 years of her life and she is a healthy, happy, skinny dog!(not too skinny, you don't want your dog to be too skinny or anorexic!, she is just right) She has never had anything wrong with her!

Dogs should have water 24/7. I never leave food down as this helps pooping round the clock lol! My terrier gets fed once a day in the morning.
My lab puppy gets feed twice a day...if they dont eat it they are soon hungry enough to eat all of the next meal.
Mine are also walked 2-3 times a day and have access to a big garden.

How many times do you pee in a day? My dogs are let out at least four times a day. They have dry food and water at all times, but they hold it all night, because if a dog is truly housebroken ,it will.Your dogs are not housebroken.
I would feed them twice a day,and nothing after 7 :00 p.m. Take the water up at ten, unless it's really hot.Take the dogs out at least every three hours.Watch them closely and if they act as if they are going to go,say "NO!" and quickly take them out to the "potty spot." Tell them "go potty." Just stand there and keep repeating it until they go,and then lavish on the praise. You might want to crate them at night for a while, too.I used crates to house break all of my dogs and they did very well, holding it all night at less than 6 months of age.
When the dogs have gone for two weeks without ANY messes at night, you can try leaving water down again. Good luck.

Well, first in the morning for walking, at least. Younger, smaller dogs may need more frequent walks, as their bladders don't develop so well. Mid-day if you can manage it, otherwise when you get home, and right before bed.
Food is your choice. Once a day, when you return, will probably be fine as long as you walk them before bed.
They should always have water.

You should take food and water away 2-3 hours before bed time. Not sure about the walking. What kind of dogs are they? Different breeds require different exercise levels.

i walk my dogs in the morning, go to work, and when i return from work, and walk them beforei retire for the night. i also feed my dogs in the morning and early evening. i always leave water for them in their bowl [ i have large bowls for them during the day. the dogs should always have water available for them to drink[ when they are at home when i am not i never leave food for them, depending on the size of the dog, i give size of their meal accordingly. as you know dogs will eat if the food is there. and i only feed twice a day as i mentioned
