Actions speak louder than words.
A person can recite his creed all day long and say "I believe in [this and that]!" until his fact is blue. But if he does anything contrary to what he says he believes in, then he's just another hypocrite. And a lying charlatan at that!
But when a person walks the talk, then he becomes much more believable to others.
Peace be with you.

Well your going to act in regards to what you believe. So have good beliefs and standards and you'll always have a good attitude and succeed. That's why they call the Word of God "The Rock" or "Our Foundation" because it's sayings guide us in how we act. For instance when somone is yelling at you, a verse from the Bible will echo in your mind saying, "A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger." Proverbs 15:1 What does it mean, don't throw gasoline on a fire or have a shouting match, you can stop it instantly by answering softly. Imagine 10,000 verses that back you up like that? You're actions then start to speak louder than your words ever could because of what you believe. Much love. Take care.

How we act is more important.
Because we may not always believe that behaving ethically is the right thing, but if we do it anyway, despite our beliefs, then we are better citizens of the world.
Example:
Some people believe that homosexuality is wrong and evil and they wish they could stop people from being that way. But if they were to act on such belief, they would be at best, bad neighbors, and at the worst, criminals.

I often do things I dont really believe in because I had to...the natural scheme should be we do something coz we believe it is the right thing to do...coz what is the value of believing in something if you dont intend to follow through on it?
To answer the question, you'd be judged on what you do so make sure you do what you believe is right..

They are both equally important.
People didn't get to where they are by believing, but they acted UPON their beliefs.

I don't think one can be more important than the other, It is important that we believe in the Lord, but to honestly believe then we must ask according to him. However the lord does say that you must believe in him to be saved, so maybe believe, but they come hand in hand.

If you don't act upon what you believe then you have no integrity and are a hypocrite. I know its not always easy but you must ALWAYS remain true to yourself. Without integrity you have nothing
