Maybe you need pills ( Lexapro,Effexor,Zoloft are what i have taken Lexapro now) if were taking themand stopped u r gonna feel like crud. Its an ilness u can't just wish away ( i tried don't work) might help to find source if there is external one could be just biological. The source of mine is post traumatic stress from a firing years ago. Don't beat urself up good days will come and bad ones will pass. Feel better friend

alot of people with depression have relapses... its very common.... is also common to cry alot... for no good reason. when i was being wheened off my meds... and onto another, i cried all day and all night... and i hated.
have you actually been diagnoised? if not... go to yer doc.... tell em what yer feeling and experiencing and get on some good meds. but please note, meds take some time to get into yer system and work like they are suppose to.
find someone you can trust to talk to as well

wel its best if you see a doctor but i would't say that is necessary.
you may be depressed because you remeber something someone did to you or you did that you regret now.
this is normal but you should'n let it bring you down. as you get depressed life is going on and you may miss out on many opportunities in life....
do something to keep you busy, that will keep your mind off other things...
