That's pretty much impossible. If a dog didn't urinate for three days,it would get uremic poisoning and be very sick. The dog is probably going potty in the house somewhere. When it starts to smell, you'll know where. As for having a BM,all dogs are different, but most do go everyday.Try adding a little high - fiber cereal to her diet ( a teaspoon or two) and see if that works.

First of all, it's chihuahua. And no, that's not normal. Are you sure he/she isn't just going some place and you don't know it? One of my chihuahua's used to go to the end of the hallway where you couldn't see him from the living room to do his business. If she really isn't having any bowel movements or urinating, then you need to consult with your vet. Call them up and tell them what's going on. They might be able to give you some advice over the phone, but chances are they'll want to see the dog in person.

Are you feeding it? If so, then no. Any living being must release feces. You should take this dog to the vet immediately. Something is very wrong.

Of course it isn't normal. And if you own a dog, shouldn't you know how to spell it? It's chihuahua ... geeeez!
