well, some dogs have problems when they are born. It would be a good idea to feed your dog something that might help its eyesight. Like humans- carrots help our eyes, and i'm sure there is something out there for your dog too. Belive.

This is a deformity, the puppies could have become blind, possibly to a blow to the mothers stomache while pregnant, or this could be that there was a something missing during spermitation, many of reasons, possibly thouseands

Dogs don't rely on sight as much as humans do so she should be fine. She is more likely to use smell and hearing to get around. Besides, a lot of older dogs develop cataracts and become blind from them and they seem to do well.

Maternal diseases can do this like herpes or even cpv. It could also be a congenital, genetic issue. As long as he is happy, it's ok. He doesn't know he has a problem at all. I'm glad you have him. You sound like a great owner.
