She is a 4-5 year old begal. She is shaking, and every once in a while, even if you don't touch her she will yelp in pain. She refuses to drink water. I'm very worried. She seems sad too and scared as well. She can barely walk two feet without plopping over and laying down. She seems like she wants to tell me something, but sadly I cannot speak to her like she was human. WHAT CAN I DO I AM WORRIED!!!!!!!?????????

My mom will not drive her to the vets, she doesn't care much at all. I can't sleep knowing harley is in great pain and there's nothing i know to do about it

Tammy C I just gave her a 24/7 animal hospital and she wont call it. and she was mad because i woke her up, seriously like she claims to care for the dog so much, but she wont get her a$$ out of bed. i dont particularly care for the dog, as she doesnt ever listen to me or show affection towards me, but thats besides the point, i dont like to watch things suffer in pain, thats just straightup rude!

Hi,
You are a young person with a sick dog and have no recourse to help her. I understand. If mom won't take her to a vet, would she let you call the humane society to come pick up the dog and help her? I know you love your dog. If Mom won't help the dog, the best thing you could do is try to find someone else to help her.
I'm so sorry. This isn't your fault. I'm sorry you have to watch your dog suffer. And I am sorry your dog is going through this.

Well, I don't think they are reading your add on's.. So, since you state you can't drive.. and your mother won't take it to the vet.. (I presume you are a minor..) call the police and tell them that your mother is neglecting to get HER dog health care when it is obviously in dire need of it.. Refusing to get health care for a vet in obvious need is against the LAW when you are the responsible party for the dog.. (if you are a miner, your parents ARE responsible) Perhaps having a police officer come by and tell her that if she doesn't do it, the dog gets taken away AND she goes to court will change her mind.. maybe THEN she will figure out that it is a serious problem.. and hopefully they will never allow her to have any animals again.
That's it.. unless this was a complete lie.. or you are really over exaggerating the entire thing.. (not saying you are..just heads up)

I have an 8 year old beagle who has acted like that several times-we found out that she has a herniated disk in her back that pops out of place every once in awhile-she will shake, not eat, and will yelp if touched or approached. Your dog needs to be taken to the vet to get adequate medical attention and at least some pain relief. Call a friend, a cab, or walk if you have to.

I hope this isnt a joke! Not another time waster. The answer really is simple, as everyone has told you, take your dog to the VET immediately!! If it was a sick child, would you leave it this long and ask questions???? I sure hope not, you would take the child to a doctor or hospital ASAP. The longer you leave it the more suffering this poor animal has to go through!

The vet is the only one that knows for sure.
I know a friend of mine had a dog that was doing th same thing, to the tee and he had hurt his neck.
Thing is I cannot guarantee that, the dog might have had a seizure or stroke and ended up damaging nerves, could be anything, only the vet will know.
It's really not as expensive as your propably afraid of.

Get an additional puppy. Like people, puppies get emotionally connected to one another. Your older puppy was once like an older sibling in your two yr historical puppy. You must take your puppy on walks, and perform a little amusing stuff with her or him. Like get it a brand new toy of it is favourite style. And then get a brand new puppy. But the brand new puppy must be somewhat older than the more youthful one, so it offers the more youthful one the sensation of an older sibling round once more. P.S., I'm sorry approximately your loss. Hope you and your puppy think higher

Take her to the vet, it maybe something so small like a ear infection. But take her she young.
