She is a 4-5 year old begal. She is shaking, and every once in a while, even if you don't touch her she will yelp in pain. She refuses to drink water. I'm very worried. She seems sad too and scared as well. She can barely walk two feet without plopping over and laying down. She seems like she wants to tell me something, but sadly I cannot speak to her like she was human. WHAT CAN I DO I AM WORRIED!!!!!!!?????????

I already answered you on the other one of these questions.. but as another edit.. if you can't call the police on your mother .. call the vet's number, get the emergency number if they have one.. (they should have a message if they are not the emergency vet) and call them.. tell them what is going on .. and if they deem it an emergency that is considered animal abuse and neglect they may help you get the dog in.. but your mother will most likely still have to answer for her decision to let the dog stay in pain because of the inconvenience of bringing it to a vet..

Any way she could have gotten into some anti-freeze? or been poisoned? What ever happened, it sounds very serious so definitely Emergency Vet.
