Maybe you have a thyroid disorder ,you may need to take more B complex vitamins if its not that. I know if you keep that up you may get gall stones. I would try 'mood ps' , a supplement for stress, If you rely on only Doctors eventually theyll think its you ,not them.Try to eat small regular meals that include all of the basic food groups.lay off of caffeine for awhile.

Change your diet.
Some people are super sensitive to caffine, sugar and other additives and preservatives in food.
Try eating natural, organic foods for a week or 2 and see if you feel better.
I'm sensitive to caffine. I get panic attacks and think I'm going crazy. I become convinced that my family (all of them) have become victims of crime or have been in a fatal accident. I call all of them frantically, and no matter how much they reassure me, and remind me about my caffine problem, I'm convinced they are in mortal danger. I call all of them, like 15 different times.
It's nerve wracking and completely preventable.
(Dark chocolate has caffine, if I eat too much I go nuts)
Maybe something like this is happening for you.
OR,
Maybe there are some unresolved issues you don't realize are bugging you.
Journal.
Write down what you eat (to better track your symptoms) and what you feel (you might just be amazed at what you learn)
Good luck to you.

Your doc don't know ****. He doesn't know what's going and that's why he diagnosed you with stress.
Go have a colon hydrotherapy session done. It should help.
