I have got a lot of hot chicks around me at office who are my colleagues. I dont want to enter into a relationship with them because it is my workplace. So I act hesitant which turns them even more horny and they try to seduce me all the time. Should I make a move or carry on with my work?

lets see...make a move...get fired....$0...have a really hot girlfriend for a week...-$300 to -$400 for dates...with no income...or carry on with your work.......$500...or you could meet them outside of work and then nothing should be affected by that...thats priceless...

You sound just a bit like a victim of what would be called sexual abuse if it was turned around. The girls are trying to distract you because they know you're conscientious and a gentleman, and thus they can have fun making your life difficult.
If this is really the situation, you've got a legitimate grievance; actionable by your human resources department. Now, you can't really do that without getting laughed at in most places, but you can let your more aggressive lady friends know that you're on to their game.
If, on the other hand, you're interested, then you'll have to deal with office romances. It sounds like you've got more wits than that.
Good luck, guy. You might want to try the old phony wedding-ring trick, or drop a polite word to your boss about the situation if it seems appropriate to do so. You can make a semi-joke about it.

Where are you working that there are "hot chicks" everywhere, Hooters? Sorry. You sound young to have a serious job. You are right not to enter into a relationship with a colleague. Technically it can work, but you should check your company's policy first. By the way, if and when you "make your move", try not to use the terms "hot chick" or "horny". You'll just get yourself into trouble.

Hey, they are the ones that are hitting on u. let them ask u out. take it away from the job so it will not be any misunderstandings. Make it clear u do not want any relationships. they might give u some friends with benifits action.
