If a persons life was saved by divine intervention (or by beating absolutely ludicrous odds) what god should he give credit to if he believed in none?

I believe if that happened, there would be no doubt as to what god to give the credit to. Some will always be blind to it though, regardless of the ludicrous odds, they will still refuse to believe.
