Im 19 and my step-dad just saw my tattoo that I have had almost a year. He fliped out saying that I am white trash and all and Im far from white trash. My mom knew about it. So anyways today he told me not to bother cleaning my pick up.. So to make a long story short hes going to sale my truck because I have a tattoo..
And my mom wont do anything about it she wont stand up for me at all when it comes to me and my sister or him she picks him. Both my sister and my boyfriends hates him with a passion.

The primary question is whether the pickup is in your name or his....

If it's in his - he's well within his legal rights. Whether he should or not is another matter.

If it's in your name - you've got a legal leg to stand on.

Other than legally - your best option is to get the best paying job or jobS (and yes - that's more than one) to support yourself, build your own credit and purchase your own possessions.

Becoming independent is more than just getting a tatto when you want - it's showing complete independence - financially, emotionally, spiritally and physically.

Depends on who is paying the note on that truck. If he is making the payments, it is his prerogative to be a jerk.
If you are making the payments and your name is on the title and sales paperwork, he cannot do it.
If you are working and have some savings, then you can go put some money down on a nice little used car and float the note on it.
I'm willing to bet that the jerk is just trying to get rid of you because you are over 18. Now that you are an adult, your mom is going to stick up for her own interests... bet on it.
I would suggest taking your truck and getting the heck out of there. Find some friends to share an apartment with while you work and go to college. Make yourself scarce.

Plain and simple... you are 19 and it's time you left the nest. Start taking responsibility for your own life and the decisions that you make.
If the truck is in his name you have no options. If it is in yours, load it up and hit the road.

If you're 19 you should have had it transferred to your name.
