If it's only just appeared (and you're *certain* you can remember having checked each eye independently as having equal vision in the past), then there's a very good chance that it isn't a lazy eye, but some other sort of visual problem.

Make a small pinhole (~1mm) in a piece of thin card. Hold it up to the bad eye with the good eye shut.
Looking at distant letters, does it cause the vison to improve? If so it's not a lazy eye but a refractive error
(or, a very outside possibility, a distorted cornea: keratoconus or similar)
If it doesn't, or gets even worse through the pinhole there is the possibilty of macular damage.

*If* it's a lazy eye you are young enough that wearing an eye patch on your good eye for periods coupled with eye training *could* still be effective. That would need to be assessed.

Any which way, you need a professional examination.

Go see an optician they will advise you the best way to deal with it. There are several options 1st a patch can be worn ove the good eye to see if thart helps. There is an operation to sort it out with no guarentees also I had an injection wich helped but none are fool proof, so visit the optician and they if necessary will refer you to an eye specialsit at hospital

I had to wear glasses when I was younger to correct it. Wearing the glasses made my eye stronger.(Only wore them for 2 years) I dont have to wear the glasses anymore, and i only get the "lazy eye" when i get really tired and its still not very noticable.

actually if *i* had to bet...i would bet that you're not talking about "lazy eye" or reduced acuity (a VISION problem). i bet you're talking about "PTOSIS" or droopy eyelid (a COSMETIC problem). all kinds of possible causes from medications to cranial facial nerve damage and more.

would need to see an oculoplastic surgeon to fix ptosis.
