Regarding the rude behaviour, there is very little you can do ; unless you have the muscle power to beat him up. If you have the guts and some followers , call for a boycott of the shop. In India, customer is simply dirt and not the king; Write to Bata HO to complain about the behaviour and also file a complaint with consumer court; but the process is long and I hope you have written proof. May be you should be cool headed and send a registered letter to the Bata shop and also the company asking for a replacement as the goods are shoddy and not manufactured to the standards Bata claims. Ask for compensation and depending on the response, you may choose to file a complaint with the consumer court. Go about this with out much expectations as it will be a long drawn out process. All the best and take your custom elsewhere.

Fist, you send a notice to the showroom and to their head qurters with a copy of your purchase bill and with particulars of your greivance and give them time, say 15 days to respond. If they are respnding you can tell your demand otherwise you may have to approach Consumer Disputes Resderessal Forum, Delhi by filing a complaint.

See if you can speak to anyone higher up. There has to be another manager.
