a born again christian is a person who really didnt get saved the first time they thought they were, or someone who isnt sure they were saved the first time.. You shouldnt go around getting saved again every month or w/e though, and its actually impossible. Cause you are only saved one time, and you kno it when you get saved that time cause you have a wonderful feeling come over you. Although, some ppl just get saved and dnt feel this or 4get if they felt it or not, or just want 2 redeicate their life, like start over, so they are born again. Hope this helps!

Born Again Christians just received Christ as their savior, and Christians have a relationship with Christ....It's how they want to develop a relationship with our heavenly father. It's like a new baby born into this world a born again Christian, baby steps into renewal of the mind and spirit. But not all Christians follow Gods laws and rules, lot's of fake out there, but only God can judge us. So we must pray for the righteous walk with Christ...

The 'born again" part.
Honestly, most people who consider themselves Christian don't have a clue as to what born again even means.
Jhn 3:1 ¶ There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:
Jhn 3:2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.
Jhn 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Jhn 3:4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
Jhn 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and [of] the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
Jhn 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
Jhn 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

There was a movement where Christians were calling themselves "Born Again Christians".
All true Christians are Born Again, but these were ones who were louder about it than others.
But they tended to be Fundies about 'sin'.
I am a born again Christian, but not a 'Born Again Christian.'
I will never be a Fundie.

Romans 8:9 You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you. Anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him.
John 14:16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever, 17 even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you.

1 Pe 1:23 having born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, through the word of God, which liveth and abideth.
Once you are "born again" you are deemed not born of your biological father, but you are a child of God, begotthen by the word of God!

I am not a very religious person but my grandfather used to take me to church as a littel girl and I grew up in the church. I think born again is a "back slider" who decided to dedicat his/her life to Christ again and "come back"
