Is there any harm to fluctuating the amount of carbs a somewhat low-carb dieter consumes per day? I sometimes fluctuate between 55g-75g and was wondering if such a fluctuation is harmful. Thanks!

(Please only answer my question. Please no low-carb bashers, anti-low-carb answers, etc. I am on a safe, monitored, nutritionally balanced diet/exercise program but sometimes slip up on my total carb intake due to my sleeping schedule).
