Atheist means that we do not believe in gods or goddesses. If we were looking for Jesus, then we would not be atheists. Therefore, by definition, atheists are not looking fro Jesus, or any other God.
The only prerequisite to discussing religion is having an opinion on it.
I have opinions on many aspects of religion, and I enjoy discussing them. I do not enjoy having my ideologies disrespected (this happens to everyone, not just atheists, and probably won't stop in the near future).

no. I like to learn about religion, and debate. I have learned alot while being here. It has nothing to do with looking for Jesus or anything like that
Also, this forum is for a discussion of all religions, not just Christianity. You wouldn't say that someone who took a comparative religion course because they were trying to educate themselves about the various world religions was looking for Jesus...would you?

I am agnostic, I used to be a Christian.
I have read the bible, I have studied different subjects and everything has led me to the conclusion that Christianity is a lie.
The information is available for anyone, majority of Christians are too lazy to research and accept what they have been told as the truth.
I am here to help others to see they have been deceived.

Yeah, I always wonder the same thing. What are they trying to "convert" me to being that they believe in....nothing. Trade my hope for hopelessness. No thanks.
I even had one atheist try to explain that it's like if I was curious about the Greek gods or mythology...I would go to that forum. So, he/she proved my point exactly....I NEVER go to that forum because it's not a forum I would EVER go to since it's all fake. If Atheists think God is not real I don't get why they're here. What a waste of time. NO?

I do not know how many of them are here but this is WHY they are here.......I used to be an atheist before but thankfully not now, 100 % believer now and the atheists here that have not converted yet are only here for one reason, to learn more about God because they are fence sitters still not sure if they want to jump in. REAL atheists like I used to be would never hang out in a place such as this that is full of religion. in their questions and answers they will deny it but that is only so their friends that see their questions an answers will not make fun of them.they will put up a very strong anti-God front but a front is all it really is.....100 % here are secretly fence sitters,..no true atheists here....not even one.... so keep preaching, they really do want to hear it.....
