It's sorta fun because all my friends do it with me. But it's also very embarrasing. They're all better. So ya what should I buy? What do you reccomend? Which brand of kneepads, etc.. Anyone have tips? P.S I'm 5"1 90 lbs. average yea...

asics knee pads are the best, if you plan on playing volleyball for a while, like playing club or next year on a school team, you might want to get some good volleyball shoes. mizunos are the best in my opinion, but asics are good too. you also might want to buy a pair of spandex shorts. my favorite brand is under armour. spandex is a lot better than shorts to wear at games or practice because you can move around a lot easier, and it sticks to you so that no one can see ur undies or anything. lol. umm... volleyball socks are always good to have. just knee high socks basically. you can get them online, or use soccer or softball socks. those will work too. oh, anf if ur sore a lot, which was me alllll the time, id recommend gettin some icy hot or bengay and just massage it into your sore muscle. it helps a lot! hope this helps!

I was on my 7th grade volleyball team, and am now on my 8th grade team. And yea, my lega are sore too. I have my own kneepads which are asics. Outside of school you can ask your friends to practice with you. It'll make it more fun, and you'll get better at the same time

i simply received out of seventh grade. it used to be one of the vital first-rate years i've had in university!! it's such a lot amusing. the academics are nonetheless quite satisfactory to you. if you happen to wish to begin making peers in you elegance, sure you'll begin out with a praise. orrr.... you'll move over to anybody who's by myself and doesnt no any one else. that's customarily what i do to make new peers whilst i dont recognize any one. it quite often works!! i believe u must definatly check out for the volleyball group!! i've been on my faculties volleyball group for the beyond two years and it's soo a lot amusing. tryouts for the following yr are in like a couple of weeks. it quite depends upon which university u move to to look how difficult the vball group is to make. seventh grade is pleasant and ull make peers for lifestyles!! well success!!!

ive bn doing vooleyball for a while
what i have is asics kneepads there great
dont swing ur arms to hit the ball just bend ur knees with ur arms it position and hit the ball
when serving overhand hit it with the palms of ur hands and not with ur fingers dont think of it as smaking the ball because then ull use ur fingers and that just slows it down
for setting hit it with the very tips of ur fingers

Im in eight grade, so i was in seventh grade last year (no duh). Everybody at that age is just working on getting better: there is no superstars, because its the first year of trying out for a team. 8th grade is when you should be worried, because everybody has improved over the year and is trying like double time harder, so just work on improving your skills, and because you're just as short as me, work on ur vertical so you don't HAVE to play libero. Hope that helped!
