I never seen Victoria Bitter Beer in the USA, but I have seen Foster's Bitter, which is supposed to be a knock off version that is sold in a small chain of liquor stores called Bev Mo, which is located in California, but I do believe they have an online site

After a trip down under I had to look for it in Houston. Found it in Spec's Liquor Warehouse along with another similar one from Abita breweries in Louisiana called Turbo Dog. Cheers to you!
