I pulled it out b/c it was hanging down. I thought it might be a bone spur so I pulled it with tweezers. It looked liked floss. Did I pull out stiches? Not sure if I even had them put in. I just got all 4 out yesterday.

That was most likely the stitches. I remember something exactly like that after i had my wisdom teeth taken out a couple years ago. I went to pull it out with tweezers until i realized what they were. You should be okay though, just make sure you don't pull out any more stitches.

It could of been something called GEL FOAM, and that's exactly what it is, foam, it dissolves on its own and it stops bleeding. If that's what it was, I wouldn't worry about it, but just maintain the area clean.

YOU PROBABLY DIDN'T DO SOMETHING TERRIBLY WRONG, JUST MAKE SURE DON'T PULL OUT ANY MORE. THIS WAS MOST LIKELY A STRITCH THAT GOT LOOSE.
