Your biological clock is set by your brain. The brain has a pathway to the penal gland that is about the center of your brain. This gland is very sensitive to light. If you stare at light or have light in your room at night, the penal gland will not produce serratonin and melatonin will not be produced.

You need to get at least 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep or your Adrenal Glands will not get recharged and you will feel sleepy during the day and have a lot less energy. The 5 hours allows your body to go into an REM sleep mode. This is very necessary for the Adrenals.

If you drink or eat caffeine during the day, this will wreak havoc with your ability to sleep at night. Additionally, refined sugars, white flour, and alcohol will interrupt your sleep patterns, especially if eaten or drunk after 7:00 p.m.

There is good news and you can fix your circadian rhythm by doing a couple things. It takes about 10 days to do this.

First, go to bed with no lights in the room.

Second, avoid all the above items mentioned.

Third, go to the following web site and order:

www.healthline.cc (not .com)

Tranquinol -- Take two of these 1 hour before going to bed. These are herbs that reset your circadian rhythm, but it takes 10 days to accumulate enough of these in your body. After 10 days, you will sleep well and wake up refreshed. These are not sleeping pills, but natural herbs the body needs.

Melatonin -- This company makes a very special, potent form of this that does not damage your DNA like many of the others sold in stores. Put 1 to 2 drops only under your tongue before going to sleep.

If you do the above, you will not have the problem you are having now.

If you are getting up to urinate at night, there is a simple fix for this as well. No one should be doing this and do not go to the doctor and ask him what to do, he will just give you some drug that will damage your liver.

From the company listed above, buy Multipollen - contains 52 bioflavanoids, Allicidin - contains a garlic extract that kills biofilms in the urethra, Hyssop -- this is a great herb that assists the problem.

good luck to you

Stay up for a full day. 24 hours or so. Then the next day fall asleep at a normal time. (This shouldn't be hard because you've been up 24 hours) Then you'll wake up with an alarm 8 hours later. After that, you'll be back on schedule.

What I did was gradually go to bed about half an hour earlier. I also changed my eating habbits. At school we eat at 12:40 so I set my alarm clock to that time and got up and ate. If you eat late at night it effects your sleeping habbits. Have fun at school!!!

No, you don't need sleeping pills, to fall asleep faster. You need to close your eyes. Shut down, those thoughts, that are roaming around in your head, and seriously tell yourself, I am going to sleep, now and do just that. Sleep.

Have a good night.

Get an alarm clock. My mental alarm clock wakes me up at 6-7am every morning. Get into a routine. Give yourself at least an hour before you have to leave for school. I usually go to bed inbetween 10-11pm. I have to get up to take my kid to daycare by 9am. NOW I have to go to bed even earlier to take him to Kindergarten.

my daughter was doing that too.....the doctor told her to drink a glass of milk before she goes to bed, set herself a bedtime...sounds stupid but its making a routine that helps to reset things....he recommended taking benadryl at night to kick the sleepiness in and said, absolutely under no circumstances is she to take a nap....she is 16 and had just started her first job!
