Why would a 60 some year old father, constantly acuse his 23 year old daughter of acusing him of molesting her when she's NEVER acused him of doing anything? It's getting Ignoying. Is this very comen? Do men just acuse their daughters of acusing them when they haven't? What's wrong with him?

Next time, ask him where he heard that from because you want to confront them.
I'm betting he needs to go to the doctor for assessment. Sounds like the onset of some form of dementia beginning with paranoia.
Could be the result of some oddball combination of prescriptions. The statin drugs really mess with your electrolytes and can make your brain mis-fire. If that cannot be addressed, he's going to have to be put in some sort of psychiatric facility.
Call the doctor and tell them what you are dealing with and ask for them to make an appointment with him to come in for an exam and some lab work.

he might be havin some memories of something else he might be having some mental issues. not really sure without more details of the rest of his state of mind

relax don't stres try to talk with your father how you fell but make sure you didn't broke his heart cause old person get sad easily.good luck!
