I don't remember, but i think I've heard that stretching before being active (e.g. soccer, running, etc.) wouldn't get all the muscles your might get to make you bulky,... Is that true?
Er,... is the a difference of what would happen to the muscles from stretching and not doing that?
cus i've seen athletic people that are skinny and look like in good shape, while i still see other in fit people that look bulky which i think is muscle....
