It's probably ok, especially if it's up to date on it's shots. Rodents like mice, rats, and rabbits aren't really known to carry rabies. The most likely problems would be infection so keep the area clean and check your dog for signs of illness like fever, swelling, pain, or discharge from the area.

If there is a puncture wound, make sure to clean it well. You can apply an antibiotic ointment, like Neosporin. While it is possible for a mouse to have rabies, it is not likely. If a small animal, like a mouse, is attacked it's usually going to be killed and eaten.
If you are still concerned, contact your vet.

Field mice normally don't carry rabies but maybe. Does he have all his shots. If so he's alright. If it's a deep bite make sure to watch it so it doesn't get infected. Mice can bite through metal pipes so look at it and so if it's deep. It so clean it out with peroxide and then put triple antibiotic ointment. If it gets infected take him to the vet immediatly. Take him to the vet too if he doesn't have all his shots or is not up to date.
