Aldrete-Davila was under a grant of immunity for an earlier drug smuggling operation when he encountered Ramos and Compean, and ended up with a bullet wound.
Guess what..he has a CDL and license to carry hazardous material. Without checking cargo at the border, this man will have access to the whole United States.

There are 1.4 million Teamsters in the union, if Jimmy was alive they would be at the border right now.
We shall see what Junior does.

When you are dealing with the 9th Circuit Court, and you are an honest citizen who isn't a wacko, or socialist, gay, or an illegal alien, good luck. That court cares nothing about the citizens of this nation, or the nations best interest one bit.

Hoffa is screaming from his grave.
This is the do or die moment for the Teamsters.
When the border gets opened for those trucks to have free reign on our nations roads and highways, bye-bye one and a half million more American jobs. The truckers join the hotel and restaurant workers, the construction workers, the janitorial and maintenace workers, the landscape and gardening workers, the packing plant workers, the factory workers, and every other sector of this nations industries which have capitulated to the la raza machine.
La Raza is a scourge that needs to be stopped in its tracks, if the Teamsters don't stand up and do it right now, our nations poor and middle class citizens are through.

The Unions have already tried and failed to stop this in court..Bottomline--these Mexican trucks will end up stopping themselves...You should see what these trucks they use look like. I've seen trucks with headlights held on with gray masking tape. They drive like lunatics! Bald tires! Been trucking down to the Mexican Border to pick up loads and their trucks are a disgrace and UNSAFE for our highways. The Police are the ones that are Ultimately going to Stop Them! Here they come! TICKET CITY!!

They aren't just debating it, the court just ruled against a TRO that would have held up the trial period for 100 trucking companies from Mexico. The underlying suit remains, but the judge felt the trial trucking program could go forward while the merits of the case were debated.

Write your congressmen. Loudly.

Wow. You know, they're bringing in truckloads of goods and taking back other goods. They're not bringing in truckloads of illegal immigrants. You must really have a serious problem with anything Mexican to be that seriously bothered by this.
