How do I upload my viedoes on my blog to a blank dvd rom?

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking, but I'll take a shot at it:

You will want to build a "disc image" with your files on it, that you can burn to a DVD. If you have Nero or a similar program, it should have a "build image" or "build ISO" function; look in it's help documentation if you can't find it.

If you do not have such a burning program, I recommend you download ImgBurn from:

Go to the "Mode" menu and select "Build". You will see a box where you can add files to be put into the image. This is where you put your video files. After you are done, save the image, and switch the mode back to "Write". Open your image and insert the blank DVD. It will write the image to the DVD.

This DVD might not be playable on a regular DVD player. To make it playable, you will need a more advanced program. I do not know of any free ones off the top of my head, unfortunately.
