My understanding is that carrier qualifications are part of every Marine pilot's training.
Beyond that, it will depend on the aircraft that is being flown, but for most of the planes that the Marines fly, the answer is "yes".
The Navy has a number of ships that are designed as carriers for specialized Marine Corps aircraft (such as Harriers), and regular carriers often carry Marine Corps FA-18 squadrons alongside Navy squadrons.

The Marine Corps has amphibious landing ships that carry the "grunts" into the beach, but they also carry the CH 46 Sea Knight, helicopter, the CH 53 Super Stallion helicopter, and Harrier VTOL aircraft to assist the ground Marines.
They also fly on and off the larger Naval carriers in the Super Hornet F18 (an aircraft the Marines really don't like).

Yes, the navy has carriers for Marine aircraft. They fly Harriers and several types of helicopters.

Of course. All marine fighter and recon jet pilots as well as COD pilots have to be carrier qualified.
