You shouldn't waste your time suing the company.
Luckily they were only maggot eggs (if that's what they were), meaning that if you did consume some then they probably were chewed up and if some weren't they'd probably be killed off by the acids in the stomach. I wouldn't stress about it though. Gastroenteritis (upset stomach, intestinal/abdominal cramping, diarrhea) would be the symptoms of the maggot itself not the eggs. Maggots are mostly found in rotten or contaminated food, and these symptoms may not be the result of the maggots but actually the food. If you saved any of the eggs you can place them in a small container with rubbing alcohol and ask a professional, maybe a vet can take a look. I hope this helped in any way. Don't worry you'll be fine.

You'll know within 24 hours if you are going to get sick, you would be hard pressed to sue the pizza making company because more than likely it is the supermarket's fault for not properly handling their frozen goods. I hope you and your family don't suffer the oral-anal explosions that usually follow these sorts of adventures, but even if you do experience that unbridled misery suing really isn't a good solution.

Was this sliced pepperoni or a log? I would have an expert verify what they are, beause salami/abruzzo/pepperoni tend to be too dry for flies to lay eggs.

Cooking the pepperoni would kill any eggs that were on it if that is what they are. I would go back to the store with it and see what they have to say first.

They were almost certainly just tiny pieces of fat. Look closely at the slices and you will see them all through all of the slices not just in your pepperoni but in most pepperoni. Try rubbing one between your fingers. It will feel oily if it is fat particles, sticky if it is an "egg".

Sue the company? Stuff like that happens with food. Don't be a jerk.
