Sudafed is the medication that ibest for sinus problems. It also has fewer side effects than any others, and won't make you tired. I prefer using Airborne to all medications for colds or flu. You feel great about 20 minutes after taking, and you will get over either ailment quickly. Available at any drugstore, Costco's, Targets, etc. It's the best medicine on the market!

With any OTC meds you're taking a bit of a gamble on the speed of recovery. No one product is going to make it disappear instantly. You can try something like Sudafed with the acetaminophen and pseudoephedrine to help with headaches and the stuffiness. It doesn't have to be the Sudafed brand name, however. Generic products work just as well, as long as those medicinal ingredients are in them. If you can find one with the added antihistamine, then that will help your itchy ears and runny nose if you get one.
