Why do SOME women feel the need for casual sex with lots of people, usually after a bad breakup?

I can only speak for myself. I never found a need for casual sex. But Being Single is just that. I took the opportunity to Skrew who I wanted to when I wanted to no strings. I wasn't whorish about it. I just did what I wanted to do. I did what any average dude does and gets away with on a daily basis. I think it made me realize that the only person that can hurt me is who I allow to hurt me. As far as it being after a bad breakup. You have to realize that men have opportunity that they act on which is why most people think (ALL) men CHEAT. I don't believe that. I do however think they act without thinking of the consiquences. (Most) Women on the other hand may flirt get flirted with or even look. We however don't act on those as fast as men(Most) Women. So when we suddenly become single for whatever reason. We look on the past and realize the missed opportunity of meeting someone that may treat us better or Skrew us better or be funner to be around. It really depends on what age group we are talking. I dont think we feel a need for casual sex. I do however feel when we are single we should have the right to do what we want to do. Safely and non-whorishly. That means if we want to have casual sex like men do WE HAVE THE RIGHT.

Self esteem building. If she had a bad break up there is often some "was it all me?" kinds of issues. So some people, not just women, will go out and hook up with as many people as they can to reassure themselves that they are attractive and can score. Of course these binges usually end up causing other issues, but at the time it's an attempt to feel better about themselves.

Because they want to gain some experience thinking that the ex broke up with them because she couldn't satisfy him in bed. They figure that if they can become the best as giving sex that no man will ever leave them again. How wrong they are.

Because most woman are morans who think that all they have to offer is themselves so after a breakup they want validation that they are wanted, so they sleep around. Unfortunately, most woman are too stupid to realize that a man sleeping with them is not validation of their beauty or value but that men are pigs that would sleep with anything that is offered to them.

there is a theory "the best way to get over someone is to get under someone else" sometimes you find that the more people you sleep with, the less you think about the bad break up you had, and that is the only reason i can think of.. or they just have a lot of sexual frustration that they feel they need to unleash upon the world

They just kind of hate themselves for losing their man. When a man or guy loses his girl friend, they might drink and get so drunk (like my uncle did when he was a poor 19 year old who got dumped by his girl friend and drank like 6 bottles of Budweiser). It's their way of reacting. They want to get away from the break up stress and feel better.
