Definitely. My mom got pulled over twice. The first time, the cops (there were two male cops in the car) said her car matched the description of some stolen vehicle, then they asked her what nightclub she was going to. The second time, the cop asked her out. She wasn't speeding or doing anything against the law either time. There was even one cop that used to wait in front of our house at the time that my mom used to drive us home from school. We used to call him the stalker cop. The neighbors across the street called the cops on him, so now he doesn't "park" in front of our house anymore.

Yes, you can be stopped because of your looks. If there is a BOLO for someone matching your description, you might get pulled over.
