does anyone know how to combat withdrawal from phenibut?

Phenibut is a nootropic drug discovered in Russia in the 1960's. It has decidedly bad withdrawal symptoms. More info on this drug may be found by typing in "phenibut" into Yahoo! web search. Your prescribing physician can recommend practices or med's to alleviate withdrawal symptoms. Do not attempt it without a physicians knowledge.

You will probably need to taper off of it. Take just enough to scrape by. Go longer and longer between doses each time. Slowly reduce your amount. Get plenty of exercise. Kratom could also help but be careful not to get addicted to that.
