No, because you are eating mostly crap.
Minimum intake for a thirteen year old girl/boy per day:
2 servings quality protein - chicken, beef, fish, turkey, pork, nuts, eggs
3 servings whole grain bread/cereal/rice/pasta
3 servings low fat dairy
3 servings veg
2 servings fruit
NO little bites, no cookies, no 'popcorn' chicken - all empty calories, with fat!
Also, take a good multivitamin with minerals
Drink 1/2 GALLON of water a day
To lose weight, you should work out a minimum of 30-45 minutes, 6 days a week

You are 13 and trying to lose weight? Skip that bad diet. You will only binge after feeling terribly hungry then feel bad then recycle.

Eating veges and fruit and low fat meat like turkey and chicken and eating whole grain breads with Extra Virgin Olive Oil sparingly. Get rid of the vege oil.
Exercise doing things you love to do phyically. Get into sports at school.

Your body will adjust to starvation mode if you eat that way. your metabolism will slow down. It won't do you any good. You are young. You are growing. You don't need to obsess on losing weight. You didn't say what your weight is.

Ugh. This does not sound fun, and diets/programs that are not fun are tough to stay on.

It also does not sound very balanced or healthy. Lots of carbs (bread, cereal, chicken coating, milk, cookie), not much protein, and almost no fruits or vegetables. The problem is that carbs=calories in most cases.

You've got to develop a diabetic mindset- carbs are the enemy- we need a few in balance to stay healthy, but for the most part, they are evil.

Lean protein is our friend. Fish, lean beef, turkey, tofu, some nuts- these give you a sense of fullness and long-lasting energy. You should get some at least twice a day.

I see no veggies on here. Veggies are our BESTEST friends! Carrot sticks, radishes, raw veggies and a non-fat dip, flavor spray, or dressing- Yes! And- veggies by themselves are almost calorie free!

Fruits are carbs, especially bananas, so we limit them a little, but they are so good for us that we will splurge a little here- just a little. A fruit cup or low-carb smoothie is a great snack or dessert!

There is a GREAT site for good food that is low fat, low carb, etc. you miht like- http://www.hungry-girl.com

You just need to find out how many calories are in the things you eat and how much you are burning. If you are burning more calories than you are consuming, you should lose weight.

Make sure you also take a multivitamin with extra iron and calcium for women. It is very important to your health and appearance to get the nutrients you need.

no..only gain weight. Your diet is horrible.

Breakfast. Toast has carbs in it. carbs in the body turn to sugar which turns into fat. Little Bites? come on that junk food. try a piece of fruit! Little bites is full of fat and sugar!!!!

Lunch. Cereal is loaded with sugar. And if it isn't skim milk its not going to help. Try oatmeal with no sugar for lunch. and not the pre-made stuff. Get just oatmeal with nothing in it.

Dinner. Popcorn chicken is fried. LOADED with fat. If its baked its still processed. Try eating fresh food that you don't get in a box or KFC. And if trying to loose weight a cookie with milk? Try a piece of fruit.

the best thing you have there is the water.

Where are your parents? don't they cook dinner instead of you eating popcorn chicken every night?

If you are weight places you into an un-healthful class... then he is doing you a prefer with a bit of little bit of feedback. Otherwise, he is simply being choosy & slapping you around the ego (possibly going for that backhanded praise & lacking, too). Remember - feedback approximately a individual's frame is a 2-edged sword. (I'm definite he might use a couple of journeys to the fitness center to tone up as good)

not really. Toast is ok, but no butter. maybe have a 1/2 cup of bran cereal with 1/4 cup of fat-free milk.
Have a salad with fat free dressing for lunch.
pop- corn chicken is sooo bad for you. Try skin free lean chicken breast grilled with 1/4 cup of rice and and side salad with fat free dressing. you'll be full but not wasting your calories. As for dessert? try some sugar free jell-o or fruit.
Tea is good but no sugar!! try splenda to sweeten your tea.

You will be eating healthy and not eating junk calries. If you need a snack mid-afternoon get some baby carrots.

Don't forget to work out!

Good luck!

that doesn't sound like enough calories to help you maintain the weight loss once you've lost it. once you go back to eating a normal diet, you'll gain it all back again. do a search on the internet about diet/weight loss menus. there are tons of sights that can help you plan a daily meal regiment. trust me, that's a much better way to go than the way you're going. i don't even think the way you are going about it is a healthy way to go. it's almost like you're almost anerexic on this diet.

First, you are 13yrs old and still growing. To diet at your age is not for you to deal with alone. you must see a doctor and get on a healthy diet, The one you described is really bad at your age. If you stick with the diet as you describe, it will make you tired and depressed and unhealthy!!!. At your age you must get all the nutrients and vitamins you need to grow healthy... for the rest of your life. PLEASE see a doctor and get on a diet he/she recommends and you will lose weight in a healthy way. If you continue on the diet you have now you will be effected adversely the rest of your life, due to the fact you are still growing. Good Luck
