Sorry everybody but unfortunately this is true here is the story.

Its sad but even though DIs cannot harm recruits , it still happens and its sad that it does. Sometimes DIs do get pushed and over the top till they blow a fuse. My husband had an Ammo Can kicked into his knees during boot camp by his DI. I knew another Marine I worked with that got punched in the stomach by a DI as well. So yes it does still happen.

I see no one bothered to define abuse. All those who enter the Marine Corp can expect to leave boot camp with the knowledge the the DI's did whatever it took to make them good marines. While few would say they were abused physically by their DI's all will admit to mental abuse and their bodies felt they, the recruit, abused them. Semper fi

i know the new soldiers the army has been pushing out lately could use some wall to wall counseling.......disrespectful, back talking, ignorant kids these days. what is this army coming to.........

There is no possible way that a recruit was abused or hazed aboard that depot.
