I don't know about the first one and last one, but the second one looks like Dutch. If it is, it means something like, "Are you confused," using the polite/formal form of the word "you."

Edit - The first one is Portuguese, I believe. I -think- it means something like, "Hi, glad to see you." The online translator translated it as "oi, amiable to see it," and "oi" is "hi" in Portuguese, according to Wikipedia

The last one is Italian. It means: Good to see you.
