If God really does exist then why can't we all be born with the correct beliefs. Why do we not know the answer and he needs to tell us through a man made book. If some one did not pass on the correct FACTS wouldn't those beliefs just die out?

I dunno, why don't we automatically know how to buy a car or sign up for cable? It seems to me that god has given us the bible to make certain we have correct beliefs. The beliefs have not died out, so I'm guessing that God did it right. What do you think?

We are all born with the knowledge of atleast the Ten Commandments, we just dont know that they are called that until we are taught that. Also when u buy a computer, car, or something, so u not get an owners manual with it, that tells u how to use it and what to use it for, and what not to use it for, how it works and how to take care of it. That is what the Bible is it is instructions on how to live a good life and how to take care of yourself and others, and also it is a book of examples of what has happened to ppl that choose to do this or that, and it is also a book of answers for question that pertain to life....

The Bible is a spiritual tool and was put together many years after the time of Christ. Some say it is a work of fiction, some say it is a mistake and others will say it is the word of God. So it is not a matter of why does God need the Bible but why do people need the Bible or even why does one find comfort in one religion verses another.

He doesnt need anything WE do. If you think God only has one book and only speaks one languege. If you think God is a toothless backwards hick who only picks one tribe of people then I think your wrong. I could be Wrong. God can teach you anywhere and in any language and with any thing. From a BOOK to a Roach. When the student is ready the teacher will appear.
The Bible can be a good teacher if it is used as a platform towards God. Most people just worship the BIBLE itself and miss the point.

Your premise that God "needs" anything, let alone the Bible to teach us is completely false. In fact, that is not the main way that God teaches us, though there are traditions of man that limit God to that. In the tradition of Judaic teaching, Jesus commissioned his disciples to preach orally.
The other point, if God were to pre-program us, then what would that prove? What would be the point? He gives us a choice. We can either say "yes" or "no". We have free will.

We have to study the Bible for ourselves. That is the only way we know for sure what the Bible says.

"god" in the sense of the word, or better Religion needs people to obsess over the book as that is how they tie in the next generation of gullible, frightened people. You are born, your parents beat this thought into you every sunday or more, and eventually you believe it. What kid doubts their parents? When they say "Sunday school was absolutely right honey" That blocks the child from ever being able to think for itself. The kid is preached to, gets it confirmed at home and from their churchy peers, and never learn the power of doubt.

Everyone holds the answer, you have to opne the book of your soul. Others dont know how to read the truth in the soul so they rely on some stuff that people wrote.

first of all, when we unite our spirit with the spirit of god ...and become christlike walking as christ did... god can then speak to us in many ways because then his answers are understood in our spirit... he could speak to u through a stone if he choose to he is that powerful. but many times god is the small voice that doesnt repeat much. god speaks through ppl places and random events. god could speak through us thru a childrens book if he chose to. the bible contains many truth from god but we cant understand them until we submit our will to the will of god so that his spirit may be manifested in our spirit. then the words of the book become alive with his spirit and are still pertinent to our lives today. nothing has changed god is stil the same and he still speaks to those whose seek him without end.
