anemic means you're iron level is really low. to help, you just take iron supplements. it's not to bad depending on how low your level is . the sooner it's caught and you take the iron supplements, the better. not enough iron in your body can make you really tired, can also feel cold a lot, hair loss, having heart palpitations. look up online what some more symptoms of low iron levels are.
