I don't know, probably in small things,,,like putting ointment on the elderly ladies back, that lived across from me..keeping peace in the home for my husband when he gets home from work..listening to someone who is hurting,,,encouraging a SIL who is unsure about her abilities. The small everyday things..making wedding clothes for a Friends wedding....teaching someone to knit...teaching my little next door neighbors how to make hand built pottery....that sort of thing...I think it is not nearly enough but I can't get out much now....I have tried to grow where I am planted... : )

I've donated money and time to a number of causes designed to help people including packing boxes to provide holiday dinners for low-income families, donated clothes and other items to Goodwill and other organizations (instead of having a garage sale and pocketing the money), I'm a college professor and I've helped a few thousand students learn something that will benefit them in the future and specifically helped a few hundred pursue further education, find a job that supports their family or just been a sounding board when they have problems, I've been a friend to people that others rejected, and I've tried to treat every person I encounter with respect. If I had to guess, I'd say I've had a positive impact (directly or indirectly) on thousands of people...and, to my knowledge, had a negative impact on only a few (but perhaps far more than I know through the ripple effect of my mistakes).

well I am the person behind the scenes of a major life event.. and some everyday events.
I use to work as a scrub tech.. the person who has surgery never sees the ST, they only see the doctors and nurses, but the St is a vital part of any surgical procedure. I have also worked as an autopsy assistant (diener). I have helped the pathologist with diagnosing many medical conditions.
I currently work as a police dispatcher at a level 1 trauma hospital, before that I was the voice on the other end of the 9-1-1 line sending out the police, fire or medics to a person in need. I help people everyday...I love my job(s)

I go on team mission trips to Haiti once a year. We raise money to buy food and water for starving people. We also work in 2 orphanages giving the kids lots of love and attention. I don't know how many lives it has mad an impact on. I would guess around 500 or so.

As a police officer I keep things safer for those around me, and help people who have problems. As a human being, when I go to the beach nearby I always take a trash bag and remove whatever litter I find. I adopt animals from the pound.
I listen to those who need a sympathetic ear. I think I have impacted a great many lives. For an example I have assisted abused women and children escape, and who can calculate the ripple effect from that?

I believe that I have done quite a bit through the years for my fellow man in ways that I could...not as much as many others, but, what I could :) ...but, without God's grace, gifts, and His support, I probably wouldn't have done even 1/100th of any of it :)
LOL First time I realized that it kind of burst my bubble until I realized what a blessing that was :)
Except for counseling (freely) those God brought in my path, being a cub scout leader, being a Mom to my own 4 and every child/teen/adult they brought home through the years, and every little kindness I manage to do, I hope I have touched many in some small way. :)
Peace be with you :)

Everyone has impact on those they interact with whether we believe it or not....even in the little things we do...smile, hug, say hello, place a phone call, send a card, hold the door for someone...lend an ear, give advice. There's too many to count....and we are all in that same boat unless you go around doing the opposite!
Peace, Love, and Blessings

I've been a teacher for 15 years. If the average class has 25 students then I have (hopefully) impacted 375 people directly. I hope that I have encouraged them to further their education to go to college and to become contributing members of society.

i have been known to cheer up ppl that had a broke heart. (making laugh) Ive paid a speeding ticket that they had no idea how they were gonna pay, and they didn't ask me to pay it. they had no clue till i came back with a receipt on the last day they had to pay it. i also make ppl feel good bout their selves. (even the ones that probably hardly ever get complimented) you never know who has had a bad day and when you dont take it personal and still be nice chances are you will have brighten their day.
