My doctor said I have itp but I'm not making platlets either I'm 14 scared and confused...?

I need someone who knows something about his to inform me what's going on. My platlet count is 27,000. I had blood drawn today and yesterday.. Yesterday my white cell count was 2,400 today its 3,000. What is my white cell count supposed to be??

My parents aren't sure and I haven't talked to my doctor after she thought I was anemic.
