i have my nose pierced.
i got it when i was 12 years. old..4 yrs ago.
it doesnt necessarily hurt, it feels like a hard pinch.
(if you have a cartilage piercing in your ear, it doesnt hurt as bad as that) but your eyes will most likely water.
also, i suggest a small stud, not a hoop tey arent as easy to clean and turn. this will do the best to prevent infection. be sure you choose a place to go that you trust.

I have had my nose pierced for 11 years with no complications.
The initial pain stings and your eyes will water the same as if you get bumped in the nose. Take care of it and you will be fine. A hoop is easier to care for when you first get pierced because you can easily rotate it but studs are more acceptable to the general public. I have a diamond stud little tiny thing that is my fave. it does hurt a little bit. like a quick pinch and then its a little sore while it heals. little diamond studs look the best.. but it all depends on the person too. some girls can pull of the hoop when others definitly can not.

It really doesn't hurt at all.Just a pinch.Basically,just pretend your getting stung by a bee on your nose only a little bit less painful.It only takes less than a second to get it done.However,infections hurt the most so be careful.But you should be fine.I agree with that other person...deffintley hoops are dumb looking.They are very outdated.

uhm well i have one and its only a pinch for maybe 10 seconds not all that bad on the pain part
and the diamond stud looks the best
if you get one just keep it clean and dont play with it or touch it and it will all be good

It hurts when they punch a pin through your nose. It's likely to get infected from time to time, which can make your nose look like a 3 day old pizza, but it will usually clear up after some antibiotics and a 30 day runny nose. . It can lead to permanent disfigurement which a plastic surgeon may be able to repair, but you could end looking like something from a horror movie. It just looks silly on people who weren't born in Bombay.

just close your eyes so you don't see it coming and hope for the best. yeh, it will hurt a little, but not for long and it will look good anyway so you prob wont care :)
get a round stud, not a square one or a hoop

Ive been talking to my mom about it.
I'm not scareed.
you know about it hurting.
and studs look the best
the hoop just is eww to me.

my friend peirced it herself and it actually looks pretty good, her mom doesnt like it so she always kinda has to repeirce it every morning in homeroom, she said it doesn't hurt, she did hers with and earring, so idk if it reely hurts or not, hoops, are gross, and studs r cute, im gonna have her do mine maybe!
