Ok. First of all, Your Not fat. No matter how "big" you think your belly (or the rest of you for that matter) is, you are Not Fat. Once you starting thinking your fat, then you start getting a negative self Image. That’s just as bad. So from here on out, when you look in the mirror, think to yourself, I love me, and I’m ready to make me even better.
Ok. Now that I sound like Richard Simmons, lets get to the meat and potatoes of the matter. (Pardon the pun). First, you really should consult a doctor. Let him/Her check you out. Make sure you don’t have anything that may be causing your issue. He or she may also refer you to a nutritionist. At 14, there is a LOT of Peer Pressure.. To be thin, to eat this, or not eat that.. This person will break some myths that you may or not already know. They can give you what foods to eat that fit what you like.. The Key here is to be Safe. The wrong advice can set you up for a lifetime of problems, like bulimia or anorexia
I don’t know what you eat, but many of the other posters got it. Stay away from deep fried foods and soda. (I’m a PRIME example of the soda. I was drinking 2 2-liter bottles of Soda A Day. No matter what else I changed, I couldn’t drop weight. I took a look, and some advice from my Nutritionist and kept a food journal for a week. Know what I found out? I was consuming over 3,500-4000 calories a day JUST IN LIQUIDS. Never mind what else I ate. I switched to diet soda as a new years resolution and have lost 41 pounds since, and I’m working on moving to solely water and a diet soda as a treat. ) Eating Balanced diet is Key.
As far as exercise goes. That’s another area the Doc and Nutritionist can help with, but as a general rule, start off slow. Start walking around the block. If your not tired when u get back home, go again. Work your way Up to a comfortable pace. If you prefer the gym, do a Variety of Cardio. Stairmasters, Treadmills, Elipiticals, rowers, bikes, ETC.. Mix in match. There’s less chance of you getting bored that way. As far as weights go, Do light Weights with more reps. if I remember right, girls should tone and Men are supposed to grow muscle. (Supposedly, that what my Gym teacher told us) The muscle tone will help Tighten looser skin and also help burn more calories when resting.
All in all your 14. Make a Goal, Keep a Journal and don’t obsess about your weight.
BTW if you don’t have Ching for a doctor, talk to your school nurse. She can at least tell you what your IDEAL weight and a possible body mass index (or your health teacher. they are always good for that stuff) Good Luck and I’m sure you will do great!

Running.
Sit ups + Crunches.
Your only 14 stay off weights.
You need to eat healthy and exercise with running or a sport like tennis or field hockey or netball etc... Basic stuff like situps will help loose some pounds and tone you out but remember your body is still growing and changing so be careful and consult your parents and Doctor, on any big diet changes or exercise changes, dont go burning yourself out! =] have fun.

First off, unless you're only about 41/2 feet tall 110 lb is NOT fat-maybe you should talk to someone about your feelings toward your body.
As for whittling your waistline-you guessed it-good old fashioned crunches,oblique crunches,side crunches,inclined crunches,reverse crunches.

stay off the soda and other junk food, eat veggies raw, no french fries, or any fries food, and just drink water for awhile, that will do it, and a few dozen push up's every day will help too
