what is the body mass???? It depends on the weight of your body...and how often you drink. sometimes if you only have a shot and a beer and get pulled over with alcohol and get tested then it could be a dui..be careful

It depends on a great number of factors. Just don't risk it. Get a case of beer and drink it at home.

depends on your body weight, what type of beer and what the legal limit is in your state. If your state has a zero tolerance law then none.

It depends on your weight and tolerance. But I would say a safe number would be 2 or 3.

Honestly, none. You might be under .08 BAC, but you can still get "wet and reckless" which is almost the same penalties and fines. Don't risk it.
