ick, Don't wate your 5 dollars! There smoothies are horrible and made of crap, not evenm real fruit. its all high fructose corn syrup and artificial flavoring. Anyway, heres a few recipes, dont be afraid to experiment -

1 sliced banana
3-4 large strawberries (top sliced off)
2 cups milk
1/4 cup of yogurt (optional)
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Smoothies use bananas or frozen yogurt for their thick, creamy texture; high dietary fiber, vitamins, & antioxidants.

Recipe:
1 frozen banana, 6 frozen strawberries,
1 cup vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup milk,
2 teaspoons sugar (optional)
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

I know this may sound weird, but I usually just make my own, because I know how fresh they are and that they came with real fruit, and not powder. I'd cut up some bananas into slices and strawberries into slices. Put in blender with some ice, and either yogurt or juice and sherbet....yummy
