is it true cooking in microwave ovens is a serious health safety and risks issue? List some examples (from any personal experience) ??

There are some plastics which have been shown to release harmful compounds when microwaved but the microwave itself, unless seriously flawed during manufacturing, is safe.

no it doesnt and dont be paranoid, i use microwaves
for a long since i was a kid and they are good , just dont stare in to them for radiation, also i am an alcoholic
and they say alcohol is bad , but i have been drunk every day for 10 years and I'm not dead , as a matter of fact i'm wasted right now.
