There are several Chex cereals that are not high in sugar and are healthy. Shredded Wheat Vanilla Almond, Spoon Size is good, as are some of the other spoon size shredded wheat cereals. Raisin bran is good, but gets a bit soggy and is full of sugar. The Kashi cereals are very healthy and some of the ones with fruit and nuts are good. Good luck!

I happen to like corn flakes. Maybe you're used to cereals with a lot more sugar on them? Have you tried putting your milk and banana (sliced) in your corn flakes?
Oat meal is good for you too. If you don't care about healthy, maybe bacon or sausage and eggs with toast or pancakes.
