NO she doesn't need an antibiotic cream on her. The pups will ingest it. Bag Balm is fine it's non toxic to her and the pups. I used it many times to relieve the irritation cause by the pups nails.

Not, if the puppies are still nursing from her. You don't want the puppies to ingest the Neosporin. I have to agree with some of the other posters on her, when they say Bag Balm, because it's non-toxic and it works. You can buy it in any drug store like Walgreens, or retail stores like Walmart. It looks similar to Vaseline, but it has medicinal properties in it. Bag Balm is great not only for animals but for humans too. You can use it on anything you can possibly imagine. It comes in a green, square, tin can, with a red 4 leaf clover on top of the lid. It's not very expensive either! Give it a try, I really don't think you will be disappointed!

No,because the puppies will ingest it while nursing. You can clean the scratches with an antibacterial soap and water, rinsing well, and put some Vaseline on the scratches. And,the most important thing is to clip the puppies' nails.Just use a regular human nail clipper and clip just the very sharp tips off.Do this once a week and the scratches should heal nicely.

NO!!! The puppies will ingest it and get sick.
What you need is Bag Balm. It was originally developed to soothe cow udders. You can get it at most Wal-marts or any sort of feed/farm store. If you can't find it in a store try ordering online. Don't use anything with antibiotics in it though, it's very bad for the pups.

GoldenGal is correct - Bag balm. Used on cow's when the little cowlets gave mommy cows sucky rash. Works wonders. It's great on your skin also!

Antibiotic is not necessary. Use petrolium jelly or bag balm if you think you need anything.
