I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

They did a 4 week experiment on the Tyra Banks show, and apparently that Nivea Goodbye Cellulite cream stuff works like magic.

Even skinny people have cellulite. You can minimize it by drinking plenty of water and exercise. You might try the over the counter cellulite lotions by Nivea and Jergens. They might help minimize it, but not get rid of it. I also heard that mixing used coffee grounds (caffeinated) with lotion and rubbing it into the area helps too. I'd try that before a shower though, it sounds pretty messy.

1] drink only water [ at least 1/2 gallon a day ], juice, skim milk, and tea/coffee - nothing fizzy or alcoholic
2] avoid fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food
3] eat only wholegrain breads/cereals/rice/pasta, plus 3 servings veg and 2 of fruit a day
4] no processed meats - no hotdogs, cold cuts, smoked anything, or any canned meats [ except fish ]
5] red meat only three times a week
6] cardio for 45 minutes 3-6 times a week

Massage it. I know, massaging your butt will seem REALLY weird, but it helps get the blood and stuff circulating right, or whatever.
